By being a full service real estate and development company, ICD currently manages a diverse portfolio of retail, office, industrial, land, entertainment, and residential properties.  With construction, architectural and asset management divisions housed within the company,  ICD has the ability and skill set to complete a development from start to finish.   Throughout their history, ICD has been responsible for the acquisition, annexation, zoning, planning and development of several large single-family subdivisions, mixed-use residential subdivisions, commercial developments, and entertainment destinations throughout the world.  ICD is also responsible for overseeing and managing the vast real estate land holdings of high net worth clients and institutions, which include multiple properties comprising more than 1600 acres for future commercial and residential land development.   The principals and real estate professionals of ICD have the necessary expertise, resources, and experience to successfully oversee and manage any type of real estate project from acquisition through planning, construction and disposition.
